Return Policy (consumers)

Cooling-off period
• 14 days after receipt to notify withdrawal. Another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions
• Handle the product with care; only inspect it as you would in a store.
• If possible, return in original condition and packaging.
• Custom/personalized products are excluded unless defective.

Procedure

  1. Email Ekbedrijf@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the product back in time; keep proof of shipment.

Costs & Refunds
• Return costs are for the customer (unless otherwise agreed).
• Full return = refund of purchase amount plus standard outbound shipping. Extra chosen options are not refunded.
• Refunds within 14 days of withdrawal (may wait until product is received or proof of return is given).
